We host our meetups exclusively in public, accessible locations in Chicago and Maryland. Specific addresses will be shared upon order confirmation. We do not currently offer shipping.

A few details to keep your Pretty Habit experience simple.
Individual sales & final sales
Our products are sold individually only. We do not offer bundles, exchanges, or returns. Each item is reserved for a specific meetup.
24-hour reporting
Any concerns regarding damaged items or refund requests must be reported within 24 hours after receiving your product to be considered for review.
Business hours
Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM, for meetup reservations and product questions.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled meetup are non-refundable.
Order confirmation & payment
Your request is not confirmed until Pretty Habit Co. responds. We accept Cash App, Chime, and Apple Pay. You will receive the correct payment information after your order and meetup details are confirmed. Please do not send payment before confirmation. Your order is not secured until payment is received.
