How do I reserve an item?
Select your desired products and submit the Place Order form with your preferred meetup details. Your order is not confirmed until Pretty Habit Co. responds.
Where do meetups happen?
All meetups are held at public, accessible locations in Chicago and Baltimore. Coppin State pickup is available for college students only. Choose your area on the order form to see the matching locations.
When will I receive my items?
You’ll receive your items at the public meetup location, date, and time confirmed after submitting your order. We do not currently offer shipping.
How do I pay?
We accept Cash App, Chime, and Apple Pay. After your order and meetup details are confirmed, you’ll receive the correct payment information. Do not send payment before confirmation.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled meetup are non-refundable.
Can I return or exchange a product?
All sales are final; we do not offer exchanges or returns. Damaged-item concerns or refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your product for review.
